COBALT raises capital for our own real estate development projects. We also place loans and equity investments into enterprises with capable leaders and well-developed plans that don’t fit traditional lending or investment modes. Investors are invited to inquire about Cobalt’s real estate and non-traditional investment opportunities.
Built-to-suit commercial structures, multi-family housing, and industrial development is our focus. As experienced construction executives, we hire building contractors so we can focus on end-to-end project development objectives. COBALT provides program and project management to ensure due diligence, entitlements, design, financing and construction execution are successful.
